  The highest bidder shall be the purchaser subject to the reserve price if any, and the vendor’s approval.
  Should any dispute arise between two or more bidders, the vehicle in question shall, at the discretion of the auctioneer, be put up again and resold, but the auctioneer shall be the sole arbiter in all matters of dispute. The highest bidder for a lot has the exclusive right to negotiate until the end of the auction or any other time specified by the auctioneer.
  A right to bid on behalf of the vendor is expressly reserved. Such right to bid may be exercised by the auctioneer or by the vendor’s agent.
  No bid shall be withdrawn without the consent of the auctioneer.
  The auctioneer may without giving any reason therefore refuse to accept the bid of any person.
  No representation is made in connection with current registration on any vehicle at this auction, notwithstanding the fact that registration plates or labels may be on vehicles. Any intending purchaser must make their own investigation into the currency of registration.
  No representation is made in connection with condition, suitability for the purpose of any of the vehicles available at the auction.
  The whole of the lots having been available for inspection, no allowance or refund will be made, nor will the purchaser be permitted to reject any lot on the grounds that it is not correctly described in any catalogue, publication, advertisement or oral announcement prior to sale.
  A test report is provided on each vehicle available for auction, but no guarantee is made as to correct description or authenticity. No warranty is given or implied. The test report is a guide only. There is no recourse available to the purchaser in relation to the condition of the vehicle, all vehicles are sold as is where is with all faults if any.
  Terms are cash or certified bank cheque only, payable by 5.00pm on the day following the sale. A $500.oo cash deposit is required on the fall of the hammer.
  Registration transfer is available to licensed motor dealers only. Registration transfer is available to a public buyer only if the vehicle is sold with a current Safety Certificate.
  Any vehicle purchase shall be paid for in accordance with Clause 10 & removed at the purchaser’s expense by 5.00pm on the Friday following the auction.
  All lots are uninsured and are at the risk of the purchaser from time of purchase
  Upon any purchaser failing to comply with any of the above conditions, all monies received in part payment shall be absolutely forfeited to the vendor and all lots uncleared may be resold by public auction or private contract and the deficiency ( if any ) on such resale together with all costs and charges attending shall be made good by the defaulter at the sale.
The vendor by their agent reserve the right to withdraw any vehicles included in this auction sale at any time prior to the sale without further notice.
